What is included in the plan?
- Covered members are charged no out-of-pocket
expenses for HALO-Flight transports deemed medically
necessary.
- Coverage anywhere in our 26 county service area.
- Coverage for all qualified members of your
family - which includes you, your spouse and your
unmarried children under 19 years of age living in
your residence.
- Stickers for your car identifying you as a
member.
What does it cost?
Individual or family subscriptions are available for
an annual charge of $49. Corporate and Organization
Subscriptions are available for an annual charge of $39.
What is the bottom line?
Cost for an average emergency helicopter transport
exceeds $8,000. As a HALO-Flight Guardian member, if you
or your dependents require our service, we would bill
your insurance (if any) and accept that as payment in
full. If you are a HALO-Flight Guardian member and do
not have insurance, you will not receive a bill. It's
that simple.
